1st Generation BioSA OG-JFET Sensor

Our team was the first to design, implement, and experimentally demonstrate the advantages of OG-JFET sensors for chemical and biological sensing applications. We validated OG-JFET platforms across multiple use cases, including DNA mass measurement, oral neutrophil monitoring, pH sensing, and time-of-evaporation sensing for concentration assessment. To enable accurate and repeatable measurements, we also developed the supporting interface/readout electronics and designed the microfluidic packaging required for controlled sample handling and reliable system characterization.
